[OPIC] OPIC 시험 준비 및 회고록

1. OPIc이란?
　Oral Proficiency Interview-computer 의 약자로, 컴퓨터 기반으로 한 말하기 시험입니다. 실제 생활에서의 영어 구사 능력을 평가하는데 그 목적이 있습니다.

2. OPIc의 특징
　1) 응시자 맞춤형 시험 : 관심분야에 대한 설문, 수준에 따른 문제 난이도 설정
　2) 응시자를 배려한 시험 : 질문을 두 번씩 청취 가능, 응시자가 스스로 답변 시간 조절 가능, 시험 중간에 문제 난이도 조절 기회

3. 시험 시간과 문제 수
　1) 시험 시간 : 총 60분 / 오리엔테이션 20분, 본 시험 40분
　2) 문제 수 : 12~15문제  난이도 1~2 중 12문제, 난이도 3~4 중 15문제 출제
　3) 답변시간 : 본 시험 시간인 40분[문제 듣기 시간 포함]
* 모든 문제의 답변을 40분 이내, 각 문제의 답변시간 제한 없음. But, 한 문제 권장 답변 시간 2분

4. OPIc의 등급
　- 총 7개의 등급 : 대부분의 기업체에서 요구하는 등급은 IL, IM 등급
 
5. OPIc 구성과 진행 방식
　오리엔테이션[20분]
　　- Background Survey 본인의 신분과 관심 분야 선택
　　- Self Assessment 시험 난이도 결정
　　- Overview of OPIc 문제를 듣고 답하는 방법 안내

　본 시험 [40분]
　　- 1st Session 본 시험 첫 번째 세션 : 난이도 재조정두 번째 세션들의 난이도 선택
　　- 2nd Session 재조정한 난이도의 문제가 출제

It's been a long time I wait. I'm so excited!
Let me introduce my self . Hi my name is 000 .
I'm 00 years old . I currently graduated university .  
I majored in computer science.  I'm currently looking for job.
I hope to become a software developer. 
I'm trying to apply many companys such as NAVER and KAKAO.corp. 
I live with my family in 000. 000 is wonderful place I 've lived ever. There are many hot places and delicous foods in 000. if you come here, I 'll guide for you.

Please tell me about your family members and your relationship with them.

 

Let me introduce my family. 
There are 4 people in my family. father, mother , elder sister and me.
My father was employee in 000 before retired 2 years ago. his job was Car engineer.
My mother is real estate agent. now she do her agent business.
My elder sister work for 00. she is new incruit now . so she is usually busy during the week.
I'm very proud of her. 
our family love each other. I love my family too.
There is a lot of fun in my family.

2.  일상 생활

Please tell me about your school.

I graduated  000 . My campus is located in 000
and can be reached easily by subway.
first I choose this university simple reasons because of my Korean SAT grade
and distance of school to house. 
but I love my university . 
first, there are many excellent professors and nice fellow students. 
so I learned about a lot of knowledge of computer science and did many projects with them.
second, The campus is large and beautiful. 
third, There are many facilites such as library and conference center, school cafeteria.
My experiences  in school life are priceless. It make me strong and positive. 

 

Please tell me about one of your close friends. How and when did you meet your friend? What do you usually do with him or her?

 

It is so past that I can't remember easily. I'm probably closet with my childhood friend.
his name is 000. we first met in elementary school , we was 10 years old. 
when we were younger we often spent time out side after school. It was so good memorys.
these days , we are so busy with our separate lives but we work hard to make time to meeting.
now we meet twice a month. while we meet and play, we feel like kid again.  

 

I do like to know about a class project that you've worked on recently
what was it about? what did you do for the project?

well, you know.. I majored in computer science.. so I got  a lot of project about computer technology.
Let me guess... one memory.. It was web cite about E-commerce
It looks like simliar to amazon or ebay .
There were 4 peoples in this project.. My job is server engineering. 
It was so hard to our I remember because we had this study never before.
but We finally, completed The project . It was rememberable and meaningful day.

what is your major? why did you choose this field of study? what kinds of courses are you talking?
please provide as many details as possible

well .. you know... I majored in computer science . I choose this major because It looks like good at future.
It is so hard to study and sometimes even tired but I love this major .
there are 2 reasons first It is funny to programming something like web site 
you know ? I'm interesting at amazon web site so I want a be E-commerce web site programmer
second , I love computer science course too . 
There are a lot of subject i computer science for example,
Artifical Intelligence ,Operation System, computer Network and Computer security and so on
Among them , my favorite subject is Artifical Intelligence.. because AI is invincible on web site!!!
so my choice of major is not wrong !

3.  전자기기

What kind of technologies do you use at school? What do they do and how do they help you?

I often use Laptop and tablet at school .
I used to take note and record lesson
It is so useful to recommand It is easier to writting about lesson. and more clear than before.
you know, because of my major, I have to use computer to programming.
so This technology help me study in my own time and at my own place.

you indicated in the survey that you live in an apartment. what is your neighborhood like? where is it located? please describe your beighborhood in detail.

well... you know... I live in apartment I live in a large city, SUWON. There are park, in my neighborhood.my neighborhood is peaceful.I think my neighbors are shy, quiet.I recently had an pleasent experience in mey neighborIt was a week ago we talk about noise of up-stairbut It is happening , the problem is solved.

 

5.  영화보기 

in your background survey, you indicated that you enjoy watching movies. what is your favorite type of movie and why? Please provide as many as details as possible.

I like comedies the best. I like them because they have fun and entertaining. the John-Lee had the best role! 
He is my favorite actor because he is handsome and tough. The most memorable movie I've seen is criminal-city. while watching the movie I felt like super hero! I usually buy popcorn and zero-calorie Coke before movie.
After the Movie, usually go to restroom

You indicated in the survay that you like to go the park. Describe your favorite park in as much detail as possible. what makes it so special?

My favorite park is located near by neiborbood . the park is very cozy .There are benches, Lake , and jogging track in the park. At the park , I like to running this course. when I go to the park, I usually bring my air pod.
I like going to the park with my family. I remember the time when I found the lady Fall in love.

 

7.  쇼핑하기

Un expected difficulties can occur while we are shooping . what was a problem you recently experienced while shopping? How did you resolve this issue? Provide as many details in your response as possible

 

A problem I met was I forgot my wallet. To solve this problem, I called the store and asked if they had my wallet.
This experience made me fell embarrased . The place I like to shop is suwon station . I often go to shopping after work.
The most memorable experience was when I picked up someone else's shopping bag. I like going there with my friend.
I kie the store because there are many brands in store.

 

8.  TV 시청

 

tell me about the TV programms you like to watch. why do you like to watch them? How oftem do you ususally watch them 

I really enjoy watching squid-game, in netflex. I watch shows like this because they help me relax after weekdays.
I watch TV twice a week. I usually watch tem with parents.

9.  카페

my favorite cafe is located next to subway station . cafe is quiet. I like going there because it has a great atmosphere.
There are freshly baked biscuits at the cafe. I usually go to the cafe to focus on study.

I like korean pop music and hip-hop music. My favorite song is idol by BTS . It's my favorite because It is hype me 
I like that musician because they are so handsome. I usually listen to music when i work out.
I play on my smart phone.

I like to jogging because It is easy to exercise . I go jogging every day . I prefer to go jogging after study .
It make me feel better.

what are your favorite places to visit and qhy do you like them.

I enjoy traveling to jeju island. I like going there because there are many tourist attraction. before a trip , I usually plan my budget. I make sure to bring re-charger.
